Three strand hair plait

A wreathBend your plait into a circle shape. Tie the ends together. Place it over a solid object such as a jam jar for a few minutes to obtain an even shape. Hang an object of your choice.

Cathedral plait

A cross.Tie 3 short plaits and 1 long plait together. Decorate. 

A flower.Tie a number of plaits around a straw to make a flower. Place a bead on top of central straw to resemble flower centre. 

Arrow Plait

A shepherd's crook. One legth of plait bent and left to dry will retain this shape. 

 An ankh. One long legth of plait shaped and tied into an oval. A shorter length attached horizontally..
